I'm not a coffee drinker, but I have made a few early morning pit-stops here to pick up drinks for the family on the way to their house. They are always fast, friendly, and they do give sleeves with every drink (and those little mouth hole-fillers, but I'm not sure what they're called) Lp should consider themselves lucky to have a Starbucks- most people would die for one!

Manager I spoke to about a problem not only acted totally disinterested in what I had to say, but she basically gave the promise to fix it that reeked of "just going to forget what you said the second you walk out the door." No biggie. That WAS the last time I walked out that door.

It's called a SHAKEN drink for a reason. You need to shake the drink so that it mixes properly! Then the barista had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked for it to be remade. Well...make it right the first time and you wouldn't have to do it again.

Great Starbucks drive-thru. They're consistent, friendly, and they don't pass off bad drinks through the drive-thru just because they figure the person won't notice right away. Really pleased with the quality and customer service here.

Normally I don't review a chain like Starbucks. You usually know what to expect. But I think this place deserves some props. The store sits by itself at the end of a new strip mall, and with a nice little patio it's a quaint outdoor spot to enjoy coffee and a scone during the warmer months. Inside the staff is super friendly, and as I sit in the corner on my mini laptop I can tell that they all seem to enjoy working here and the daily chat with the regulars stopping in to pick up their morning java. The coffee is notably Starbucks, so that's good. My one complaint is the arctic breeze that blows down on the window tables. But I guess I'm the one who decided to stay put there. The big comfy chairs probably are a better choice. If you're down river near Southfield and 75 and in the need for some coffe... stop by, you don't have to feel so bad about visiting a national chain at this place. It feels like a local spot.

Love this starbucks! This is the most friendly starbucks I've ever visited. Staff is super nice and knew my drink after only a few visits. They even know my name (from my starbucks card) and remember it. They really make you feel special here. Of course, the coffee is good too!
